In a Situational Judgement test (SJT), you are given several work-based situations and asked to choose the most appropriate action or solution from the choices provided to you. You may have to choose one answer, or rank them all from most likely or effective, to least.
Originally, the SJT was a standard part of the EPSO pre-selection tests for all competitions, but recently it is only included for AST-SC and AST competitions.
