Working with Others is one of the 7 competencies that is measured and evaluated in EU career candidates through the EPSO Assessment Centre's various exercises such as the Oral Presentation, the Case Study and the Competency-Based Interview.
This competency requires candidates to demonstrate understanding towards their team members, cooperation with colleagues and a generally positive attitude when tensions arise within a group.
