We, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), are inviting applications for the position of HR Learning Specialist (M/F).
Job Location: Alicante, Spain
Duties:
- Develop and coordinate the development of learning programmes based on OHIM requirements determining content and methodologies to enhance staff competencies and job knowledge required for competency profiles of occupational groups
- Undertake periodic learning needs assessment, design effective responses and deliver or coordinate delivery of learning content via appropriate methodology
- Guide and direct the development and implementation of staff and career development policies and promote staff development and learning throughout the organization. Coordinate career development related initiatives such as competency development and succession planning
- Establish a network of Learning Focal Points throughout OHIM to ensure proper needs assessments and dissemination of learning-related information to staff
- Implementation of effective systems for the performance evaluation, including training to supervisor for an effective use of the tool leading to career development
- Advise staff and supervisors on staff competencies and career development needs
- Provision of effective counselling to staff on career advancement, development needs, learning possibilities
- Build external and internal partnerships and keep abreast of new developments, approaches and best practices in and outside the EU system in the areas of learning, career development and performance management
- Actively work towards the achievement of the OHIM and department goals
