The Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), is drawing up a reserve list of temporary staff for the post of: HR OD Specialist.
Job Location: Alicante, Spain
Duties:
- Examine business mandates against workforce composition and structural deployment. Identify areas to optimize job and unit design in terms of capacity and alignment with expected outputs
- Design organizational structures which effectively align workforce with activities
- Develop job descriptions which focus on purpose and outputs
- Examine job demands and develop job families and career streams which support competency development and promotion policies
- Build functional competency frameworks that compliment primary job families and guide staff development
- Advise managers on job design to promote clear and complimentary job structures
- Build awareness of the linkages between job design, competency frameworks and performance measures
- Contribute to Human Resources Department activities/strategy and perform OHIM diagnosis in support of change management initiatives ensuring alignment with other major programme areas
- Coach and develop HR colleagues
