We, the European Central Bank (ECB), are inviting applications for the position of Legal Counsel.
Job Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Duties:
- Advising on the labour and social security legal framework of the ECB
- Drafting and developing the ECB labour law framework: Conditions of Employment, Staff Rules and level three legal instruments
- Providing legal advice on internal appeals procedures, administrative inquiry procedures and disciplinary procedures
- Providing legal advice on staff representative consultations, Social Dialogue and relations with trade unions
- Providing legal advice on disputes with members of staff, also representing the ECB in court including the EU judicature
