The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the Head of the Division and in cooperation with the Head of the Middle Office, in order to support the JESSICA and Investment Funds (JIF) Divisions middle office activity.  The jobholder will liaise closely with different EIB services, depending on their field of activity, such as Front Office Lending Operations, Loan Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Funding and Financial Control. 

The overall remit of the role is to execute the control of operations and the administration of all investment funds within Front Office Lending Operations (primarily infrastructure equity and debt and carbon fund operations) including the processing of draw-down requests, repayments, assessment of compliance with contractual terms, control of management fees invoiced and production of reports to internal and external instances, in order to enable the fulfilment of the JIF Middle Office¿s commitments in a timely and accurate manner.
