The Resident Representative will represent the EIB in Ukraine and support the development of the Bank's lending activities. The Resident Representative will act in close coordination with the ENCA divisions as the local contact point for Government offices, EU Delegation, EBRD and other IFIs, borrowers and promoters. S/he will perform a key function of representing, marketing, and developing EIB's activities in Ukraine.
