EPSO Exams and Preparation: Secretarial Skills, Ideas for Preparation
hi, does anybody has any idea or proposals on how to duty for these types of questions, it seems to me that it is mostly a matter of experience on office software and other relevant tasks. But, there might/should be something more we can do about it? what do you think ?

It actually is more difficult than it seems, because most of us are used to work with the mouse ana the test has a lot of keyboard shortcut questions. However, you should try reading the material given ithe the Tips and Tricks section. It has a few pages of given keyboard shortcuts, plus a lot of information that cover the rest of the questions I have come accross in the preparation tests. Of course, you should take a look at powerpoint, internet and outlook shortcut keys using your computer. And of course your own experience.
Try studying the material given in this site. It is really helpful.
