You can find an indicative planning here:

http://europa.eu/epso/doc/epso_planning_en.pdf

but the problem with it is that it is not really up to date...

The big question is if there will be an an open AD5 competition in 2013 at all...

There will be no open AD5 competition in 2013. To comply with the court ruling, EPSO is obliged to organize a special selection procedure only to those affected by the ruling, i.e. those who were candidates in EPSO/AD/177/10, EPSO/AD/178/10 (Librarians) and EPSO/AD/179/10 (Audiovisual) and who failed at the CBT stage. Plus they are obliged to have a list of laureates that is proportional to the original list of laureates. So they can't cheat by having an EPA list of laureates of five people, for example.
Given that they will need to organize this specific AD5 selection procedure in 2013, the is no way they would also organize another AD5 that same year, open to all. Given the upcoming cuts in staffing levels, the list of laureates of that other competition would need to be so tiny that it would be a complete waste of money to organize it.
There will most likely be an "open to all" AD7 selection procedure though.

Given that they will need to organize this specific AD5 selection procedure in 2013, the is no way they would also organize another AD5 that same year, open to all.
But theoretically they could include profiles in other fields as in 2010 in the same cycle. External relations for example... The requirements for each profile are detailed in the notice of competion, so it isn't impossible to combine profiles that are only open to 2010-candidates and one or two others that are open to all (with the necessary diploma).
Given the upcoming cuts in staffing levels, the list of laureates of that other competition would need to be so tiny that it would be a complete waste of money to organize it.
For the Audit A7 competion this year there are only 5 places on the reserve list. So as long as the new profiles with few reservelist places and the repeated competitions are included in one cycle, it should be possible without being a complete waste of money.

For the time being I also assume that there won't be an open AD5 cylce next year. But considering, that (in my opinion) it would be possible to do both, the repeated 2010 competion AND a new one, in one cycle, I also think that - despite of what we know so far - there COULD be room for surprises...

Does anyone know if people who enroll for the CBT in 2010 but did NOT take the test are included in the court decision? I couldn't go to my test in 2010 but I was part of the competition....do you have any information on this?

Maybe check your EPSO account. I took the test, but failed and some time ago I received in my EPSO profile a letter informing about Pachitis case and upcoming 2013 test. If you dont have the letter, contact EPSO, probably they will be able to clarify this.

A5 -2010
Number of candidates who have validated their application: 51639
EPSO/AD/177/10-European Public Administration field: 29104 (105 in reserve list)
EPSO/AD/177/10-Law: 7331 (44 )
EPSO/AD/177/10-Economics: 6391 (39 )
EPSO/AD/177/10-Audit: 2941 (48 )
EPSO/AD/177/10-ICT: 5872 (72 )

Great! Next year we get the 218 candidates to 1 place in RL ratio! For the comparison this year across all the AD5 profiles the ratio was 135 candidates to 1 place.
